The selected candidate will be responsible for professionally decorating tubes, preparing and adjusting the printing press and enamel coater, mounting the necessary clichés for daily production, and mixing inks and enamels. They must also precisely manufacture stencils, adjust the mechanisms of the enamel coater, printing press, and drying oven according to each order’s requirements, and conduct hourly quality checks to maintain process standards. This position offers an initial one-month contract, renewable based on performance. Start date is immediate. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating morning and afternoon shifts; after training completion, rotation across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, night) will occur from Monday to Sunday. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement and the candidate’s qualifications. **Minimum Requirements:** * MANDATORY: Training in graphic arts, specifically in offset and lithographic printing. * Motivation and interest in learning and professional growth. * Flexibility and availability. * Job classification may vary depending on each candidate’s capabilities. * Initially, during the training period, candidates will be hired as skilled laborers\-specialists; upon demonstrated progress, formal contracts at higher classifications such as Official 3rd Class, Official 2nd Class, etc., may be offered.
