Your main responsibilities may include: \- Supporting the management and development of relationships with clients and travel agencies, with an emphasis on loyalty and effective resolution of incidents. \- Collaborating in the optimization and commercialization of strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. \- Handling and managing international requests and reservations, performing follow\-ups, confirmations, and modifications to deliver high\-quality service. \- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial objectives. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? \- Recent graduates in Tourism, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Philology (vocational training programs and undergraduate degrees). \- Advanced level of English; additional languages are valued. \- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation. \- Proactive profile with eagerness to grow within a dynamic and multicultural environment. \- Prior experience (though not mandatory) in travel agencies, hotels, customer service, or reservations is appreciated. ### **Offered** What do we offer?
