Collaborative attitude and learning capacity We are seeking a proactive candidate to join our warehouse team, where they will receive practical training in the logistics management of chemical products and next-generation composite materials. Responsibilities: * Manual loading and unloading operations. * Handling of simple mechanical equipment (manual pallet truck, hand pallet trucks). * Routine packaging, labeling, and packing operations for chemical products. * Basic cleaning and housekeeping tasks in the warehouse. We offer: * **Specialized training:** You will learn to work with cutting-edge technical materials in the industry. * **Duration:** 2 months, with possibility of extension up to 12 months. * **Working hours:** Full-time (to be defined according to warehouse schedule). Monday to Thursday: 9:00–17:30; Friday: 9:00–14:00. * **Compensation:** As per collective agreement. * **Location:** \[Poligono a Granxa, Porriño]. **Candidate Profile (Requirements):** * **Education:** Holders of **Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Advanced Level** qualifications in: Recreational Vessel Maintenance, Transport and Logistics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Chemical Manufacturing. * **Mandatory:** Valid forklift operator license. * **Desirable:** ADR Operator License. * **Highly desirable:** Prior knowledge of naval industry materials (resins, composites) and experience with SGA systems. * **Key competencies:** * **Labeling accuracy:** Critical for traceability of resins and catalysts. * **Safety awareness:** Sensitivity in handling **PPE** and basic knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS). * **Physical fitness and dexterity:** Ability to handle fiber rolls and chemical containers carefully. * **Soft skills:** Organized individual with strong attention to detail, learning capacity, and above all, a collaborative attitude.
