Requirements **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **First-Class Technician** in prefabricated assembly. * Advanced proficiency in assembly tools and elevated work platforms. * Leadership and team organization capabilities. * 20-hour Construction Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification. * Availability for **national travel**. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Preferred: experience in heavy civil works or bridge beams.
