Education and awareness. * NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1 * POSITION MISSION: Support families in sociocultural and educational inclusion processes. Conduct Awareness Workshops in schools with youth. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate procedures and activities for sociocultural outreach and community intervention in the neighborhoods where we operate, involving all stakeholders in the process—primary schools, secondary schools, families, students, as well as social services, health centers, etc. * Enhance social skills, coexistence, and appropriate self-management among residents of districts IV and V where we intervene, improving family units' inclusion in contexts different from those they are accustomed to. Organize cultural visits and outings for both minors and adults. * Facilitate thematic summer camps and summer schools. * Design and implement programs for various workshops on Social Theater, Emotional Education, and Social Skills for minors in educational centers. * Design and implement programs for workshops on Culture of Peace, Gender Equality, Cultural Diversity, and Sustainable Development for adults and youth. * Design and implement awareness workshops aimed at adolescents. * Strengthen and support the rest of the professional team. * Accompany and support program volunteers or interns. * Report any incidents occurring within the program to the responsible professional. * As a staff member of Movimiento por la Paz -MPDL-, participate in actions aimed at protection against abuse and harassment, as well as ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **Profile:** POSITION PROFILE * EDUCATION: Vocational Training in Social Integration or equivalent academic qualification, complemented by knowledge gained through proven experience in a similar role. Training and/or experience in Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Migration is desirable. * EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience in a similar project, hosting refugee or immigrant populations. Experience in associative movements and knowledge of local resources. * LANGUAGES: Knowledge of Amazigh, English, and/or Arabic will be valued. * COMPUTER SKILLS: Broad knowledge of office software, Google environment, online collaborative tools, etc. * OTHER: Valid driver's license required. Availability to adapt to service needs. Recognized disabilities, women victims of gender-based violence, and/or any other situation of social vulnerability will be valued. WORKING CONDITIONS * CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary replacement contract. Immediate incorporation. Category group 2 of the State Social Action Agreement. * WORK HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible scheduling to meet program needs according to action planning. * SALARY: According to organizational pay scales. * HOLIDAYS: 23 working days + specific holidays under the collective agreement.
