Job Offer: **Construction Manager** Company: PINUS S.A Location: **Nerja (Málaga)** Salary: €38.000 – €40.000 gross per year Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Nerja (Málaga). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and budget, as well as occupational health and safety regulations. Education: Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or related university degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year Conditions and Benefits: Competitive Salary: Annual gross salary range between €38,000 and €40,000. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (afternoons off). Additional Benefits: Company car.
