**Positions Available** ---------------------- 10 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 10 Educational Assistants \- Minors' Center (Melilla) in Melilla **Workplace** -------------------- * Melilla Address: Carretera la Purisima s/n **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks in close collaboration with the educational team, especially with the educators at the Minors' Center. * Support for educators or technical staff in working with minors in classrooms, center activities, dining hall, dormitories, and all areas of minors' daily life, as well as ensuring compliance with rules and schedules set forth in the Center's Internal Regulations. * Support in conducting observation activities, applying necessary safety measures to maintain order within the center, and recording detected incidents. * Support in accompanying minors during transfers or outings, administrative procedures, medical appointments, walks, excursions, and leisure and free-time activities in general, coordinated and supervised by the educational team while carrying out scheduled and structured activities outlined in each minor's Individual Educational Plan (PIE) and Individual Educational Monitoring Plan (PIEM). * Support in accompanying minors during their adaptation to the center and their personal development. * Attend to all needs of minors and provide basic care, as do other center or program staff members, safeguarding the physical and psychological integration of minors. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching required documentation under the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. (To be attached to the application) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 month to 3 years of experience in educational tasks. * From 1 month to 3 years of experience in social integration activities for minors. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Accredited training or prior experience in intervention techniques with minors. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months if applicable. + Full-time schedule.
