We are looking for a CRM Manager to manage and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring proper exploitation of customer data and effective execution of conversion, retention, and loyalty strategies, while guaranteeing compliance with Spain’s online gambling regulatory framework and data protection regulations. What do we expect from you? * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. * Specialized training in CRM, digital marketing, data analysis or automation. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in CRM or similar roles. * Prior experience in regulated online gambling. * Focus on relationship marketing and CRM. * Data analysis skills with a results-oriented approach. * Skills in customer acquisition, retention, and conversion. * Ability to segment and personalize strategies. * Sensitivity towards regulatory compliance and professional ethics. What will be your mission? * Administer and manage the CRM platform, ensuring its proper functioning and alignment with business processes. * Supervise the registration, updating, and maintenance of customer data within the CRM. * Verify the integrity, consistency, and traceability of the user database. * Implement player segmentation criteria based on behavior, profile, and lifecycle stage. * Execute acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation campaigns defined by the Marketing Department. * Automate communication flows and campaigns through the CRM tool (HubSpot). * Analyze CRM campaign and initiative results, identifying improvement opportunities. * Measure and monitor key KPIs related to customer performance. * Collaborate with the marketing, product, and compliance teams. * Propose process, campaign, and CRM usage improvements based on data and results. * Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding data processing and promotional activities.
