At Carrefour Group, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for our hypermarket in Melilla. Your main responsibilities will be: * Ensure the proper functioning of facilities by managing preventive and corrective maintenance of the store (CMMS). * Ensure documentation of facilities and machinery. * Guarantee control over general expenses (electricity, water, etc.) as well as management of maintenance service providers (industrial refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection systems, etc.). * Prepare reports and hold meetings with Management to analyze budget deviations, propose the annual investment plan, and track assets. We would love to meet you if you have: * A higher education degree in Technical Engineering specializing in Electricity or Energy Engineering, or a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification related to this sector. * Specific knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC systems, and industrial refrigeration. * Prior experience in a similar position. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Leadership skills and ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and capacity to work in a multidisciplinary and productive environment.
