Summary Job ID: ES_SL00485 Location: 52006 Melilla Professional Area: Store Level of Responsibility: Professional Working Hours: Full time Functions As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the best possible shopping experience for customers while working together to achieve maximum sales with optimal profitability, always within our commitment to society. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Plan, organize and supervise the staff under the Store Manager's responsibility in their absence. Train and develop store collaborators. Assist in ordering items from the store's assortment. Propose additions and removals of items, as well as improvements in their arrangement and in-store layout. Supervise and suggest improvements in merchandise deliveries. Control the safe and cash changes, as well as coordinate cash collections with the security company and the Store Manager. Supervise the preparation of handled products.
