You’ll work closely with your Store Manager, In\-Store P\&C Business Partner, and regional office teams to ensure alignment with the company’s human resources strategy. You’ll be responsible for administering key processes such as recruitment and hiring, onboarding and integration, training and development, workforce planning, payroll, and performance management. You’ll support the store’s management team in coordinating interviews, validations, contract documentation management, and candidate follow-up, always ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process. Additionally, you’ll actively contribute to scheduling and workforce planning, absence and vacation tracking, and payroll adjustments, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems and compliance with legal regulations. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing team engagement and well-being by organizing events and activities that strengthen a positive store culture. You’ll provide support in performance management, talent succession, and employee relations, ensuring that Primark’s policies and processes are effectively implemented. In essence, your role will be fundamental in ensuring that all People \& Culture processes are managed efficiently and aligned with the company’s values and objectives. **What we’re looking for** We are looking for an organized individual with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to efficiently manage multiple administrative processes. You should have excellent planning and task prioritization abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills are essential to interact with various teams and provide support on People \&C topics. We value a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and finding solutions that optimize internal processes. Previous experience in administrative human resources management, particularly in retail or similar environments, is desirable, along with knowledge of personnel management systems, workforce planning, and payroll. As a rapidly expanding company, our needs are distributed nationwide, and we seek team members who are willing to gain experience across different business units to enhance their professional growth. Therefore, geographical availability is an essential requirement. You must hold an official qualification obtained within the last three years, such as a University Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration, or an Official Master’s degree in related disciplines.
