We are looking for a person for the position of Administrative and Customer Service at our offices in MELILLA. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** Education: * Intermediate or higher vocational training in Administration, Management, or similar. * Advanced knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, email, CRM). Personal competencies: * Communication skills and courteous interaction with customers. * Time management and organizational skills. * Initiative and proactivity in resolving incidents. * Adaptability to a dynamic and growing environment. Desirable experience: * Previous experience of 3/4 years in customer service and administration (preferably in commercial, energy, or service sectors). * Incident management. * Written and oral communication skills. * Strong proficiency in office software (advanced Excel) and CRM. * Knowledge of the energy sector (tariffs, contracts, energy savings) is a plus. **MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Administrative area * Management of customer documentation and energy contracts. * Processing new connections, cancellations, and service modifications. * Monitoring billing, collections, and payments in coordination with other departments. * Support in preparing reports and activity summaries. Customer service area * Receiving customer calls, emails, and visits. * Providing initial information and advice on energy services. * Resolving incidents and forwarding complaints to the appropriate department. * Post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Customer retention. Supporting company growth area * Proposing improvements in administrative and customer service processes.
