Regarding the process published on October 1, 2025, the application deadline is extended from October 10, 2025 to October 16, 2025 at 23:59 (peninsular time). **Work Location** -------------------- * Melilla **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Prepare draft texts for calls for grants to be published by the Autonomous City of Melilla within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Program or other European funds, as well as the General State Budgets (PGE), related to the development of measures under the "Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development of the City of Melilla". * Study, evaluate, and prepare resolution proposals for grant applications submitted to the aforementioned calls mentioned in the previous point. • Carry out verification actions prior to payment of granted subsidies, where required by applicable regulations. * Prepare projects, reports, and technical specifications for implementing direct actions funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Program or other European funds, as well as the General State Budgets (PGE), related to the development of measures under the "Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development of the City of Melilla". • Provide support to Project Management for actions developed under the "Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development of the City of Melilla" requiring technical supervision during execution. * Monitor assigned measures of the Plan funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Program or other European funds, as well as the General State Budgets (PGE), providing requested information to the contract manager. • Participate in collecting and analyzing indicators necessary for monitoring and evaluating different measures of the "Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development of the City of Melilla". * Provide technical advice, in person and digitally, to potential applicants of grant calls for assigned programs. • Develop content for promotional materials for programs assigned to CAM's Integrated Aid Office. * Develop content and participate in any projects or actions undertaken to implement measures defined in the various axes of the "Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development of the City of Melilla". • Participate in drafting Technical Specifications/Reports and calls needed to implement measures of the "Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development of the City of Melilla" funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), the FEDER Operational Program or other European funds, as well as the General State Budgets (PGE). • Provide in-person and digital assistance and advice to users of CAM's Integrated Aid Office. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process) as applicable: * Official certification of qualification or proof of payment of fees for academic degree issuance. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying required academic experience if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an official Architecture degree, Bachelor’s or Bachelor + Master in Architecture (MECES level 3) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the Secretariat General of Universities). **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 year to 3 years of experience in drafting projects, renovation works, repairs, maintenance (as part of the DF team or site management team). * From 1 year to 3 years of experience in drafting at least 5 public procurement tender documents for Public Administration. * From 1 year to 3 years of experience in processing administrative procedures. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 18 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funding originating from European Union Funds. + Full-time position.
