The Port Services team specializes in delivering advanced solutions—including equipment, software, and maintenance—for container handling and lifting at ports, optimizing operational efficiency across the country. Job Description We are looking for a **Field Service Technician** to join our team **at the Port of Valencia.** This person will be responsible for maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of port equipment, playing a key role in the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations. We seek a mechanically oriented candidate eager to continue their development and training within an established and respected industry leader. **Key responsibilities include:** * Performing preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on port cranes and other lifting equipment. * Efficiently diagnosing and resolving faults. * Acting as a liaison between customers, engineering, and the parent company to ensure smooth operations. * Coordinating with the rest of the technical team to maximize productivity and safety. * Identifying and reporting improvement or sales opportunities during service interventions. * Accurately completing all required technical documentation. * Executing repairs and upgrades on drive systems, including commissioning. Requirements Essential qualifications: * Performing preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on port cranes and other lifting equipment. * Efficiently diagnosing and resolving faults. * Acting as a liaison between customers, engineering, and the parent company to ensure smooth operations. * Accurately completing all required technical documentation. * Executing repairs and upgrades on drive systems, including commissioning.
