With international presence in Mexico and Argentina, and active projects across LATAM, the U.S., and Canada—as well as our proprietary product **WICOM**—we offer a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. **Your Primary Mission:** We seek an autonomous individual capable of leading end-to-end HR processes, ensuring the company’s **legal compliance** and the **operational efficiency** of human capital, acting as the critical link between legal adherence and business strategy. **Your Key Responsibilities:** **\-International Mobility:** Comprehensive management of expatriates (immigration procedures, international health insurance, and payroll). **\-Development & Training:** Annual Training Plan planning and management of subsidies via FUNDAE. **\-Operations & Compliance:** Payroll cycle supervision, coordination of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), and CAE document management. \-**Talent:** Support in Onboarding policies, Performance Evaluation, and Workplace Climate assessments. **What We Expect From You** \-Experience: **4\-7 years** in Generalist Labor HR. \-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or equivalent. A Master’s degree in HR or Legal-Labor Advisory is highly valued. \-Languages: **Advanced English (B2\-C1)**. \-Tools: Advanced proficiency in **Excel (Power Query)** and HRIS/ERP systems.
