Join a leading multinational company. **Company Overview** Our client, a multinational and industry-leading company in the food sector, is looking to hire an EXPORT AREA MANAGER (Frozen) to manage and develop product sales in international markets and drive the acquisition of new customers and business. **Job Mission** Define and execute the commercial strategy for the frozen business vertical, driving its growth and profitability by identifying market opportunities and developing business relationships, aligned with the company’s overall strategy. **Responsibilities** * Lead the opening of new markets/customers across various markets, especially Europe and the Americas. * Define and implement the strategic plan for the frozen vertical, aligned with the company’s global objectives for growth, profitability, and positioning. * Drive international expansion of the business by identifying and prioritizing key markets, channels, and segments to accelerate development of the frozen vertical. * Develop and consolidate strategic business relationships with key customers (distributors, industry, foodservice), establishing long-term value-based agreements. * Identify business opportunities and market trends, anticipating demand and contributing to the evolution of the frozen portfolio’s value proposition. * Define and oversee sales and pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and margin maximization across different markets. * Participate in and monitor the commercial budget, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets. * Coordinate with key departments (Operations, Marketing, R\+D, Supply Chain) to ensure coherent execution of the strategy and optimal market responsiveness. **Reporting Line:** Export Department **Years of Relevant Experience Required:** > 5 **Education and Technical Competencies:** * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; or technical degrees (Chemistry, Biology, or similar) * Proven experience in the frozen food sector is mandatory. * Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are valued) **Key Competencies:** * Commitment * Leadership * Negotiation Skills * Communication * Results Orientation and Strategic Vision. **What We Offer:** ✓ Opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the food sector. ✓ Competitive remuneration package: Base salary (>65k) aligned with required experience, travel allowances, and activity-related expenses. ✓ Career development opportunity within a company with strong market recognition
