Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide career counseling for unemployed individuals, design personalized employability pathways, and conduct group activities to enhance employability. Immediate onboarding This position is intended to temporarily cover a sick leave due to temporary incapacity, with full-time working hours. The main responsibilities include providing career counseling for unemployed individuals, such as developing individualized profiles, delivering personalized tutoring sessions, and designing tailored employability pathways for each case. Group activities will also be carried out, including planning and implementing initiatives to improve employability. Required qualifications include a minimum of 24 months of professional experience in career counseling tasks, within the framework of subsidies for hiring technical staff in this field. A university degree is required, along with proficiency in specific software programs such as SICAS, ORNSA, and EMI, as well as familiarity with the procedures outlined in the relevant public call.
