Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) with a strong commitment to science and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for a strategic project within the medical department of an innovative pharmaceutical company. We seek a scientifically oriented candidate with solid MSL experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strategic vision to actively contribute to the medical and scientific development of high-impact therapeutic areas. Residence: Galicia ️ Work Area: Regional / National Duration: Stable project Start Date: Immediate hiring ✔ Responsibilities: * Serve as the regional and internal scientific reference for assigned therapeutic areas. * Develop and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. * Promote scientific dialogue and medical education regarding the company’s diseases and treatments. * Identify scientific insights, unmet needs, and opportunities for generating scientific evidence. * Collaborate in implementing the national medical strategy alongside Medical Advisors, Marketing, Sales, and Access teams. * Participate in launching and monitoring Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), observational studies, and clinical trials. * Coordinate feasibility assessments, site selection, and interactions with investigators and CROs. * Support scientific publications, congresses, symposia, and high-value medical projects. * Manage medical information requests while ensuring scientific and regulatory alignment. * Support therapeutic area training activities and collaborate with scientific societies and patient associations. * Identify and develop new KOLs and rising stars within assigned regions. What We Are Looking For: * University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field). * Minimum 4 years of experience as an MSL in relevant therapeutic areas. * Advanced level of English. * Excellent scientific communication and synthesis skills. * Strategic mindset with business acumen, impact awareness, and influence capability. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience managing clinical studies and knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment. * Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with KOLs and internal/external stakeholders. * Organized, proactive, and committed to continuous learning. * Interest in innovation, trends, and digital transformation in the healthcare environment. * What We Offer: * Permanent contract with Inizio Engage. * Competitive salary package aligned with experience (€55K + 10%–15% variable) * Company car, IT tools, expenses, and allowances. * High-scientific-value project within a leading pharmaceutical company. * Dynamic, collaborative, and professionally developmental environment. * Opportunity to participate in strategic and innovative projects delivering real impact for patients and healthcare professionals.
