We are seeking a candidate for an administrative position in Santiago de Compostela, with a temporary and part-time contract. Key responsibilities include daily administrative support: organizing and filing documents, managing phone calls and emails, and attending to customers and suppliers. The role also involves handling invoicing and recording expenses and income, as well as performing simple bank reconciliations to maintain financial order. Another key responsibility is updating and maintaining internal databases, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility. This work takes place in a collaborative environment where organization and attention to detail are essential for the team’s smooth operation. The candidate must have prior experience in administrative tasks and basic accounting knowledge to work independently.
