At Alimentación Saludable Gallega, a collective catering company with over 30 years of industry experience, we are seeking top talent to join our centers. If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Collective Catering Cook to join our summer camp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. We offer: Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week; Shifts: Rotating weekly between morning and afternoon shifts; Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Catering Services. Responsibilities: Prepare dishes; ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications; implement good hygiene practices; develop menus and adapted diets; collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow; supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed; ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations — including APPCC recordkeeping; perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
