Labor Technician

Description

We are seeking to hire a full-time labor technician with an indefinite contract from our labor department. The job responsibilities are as follows: \-Full management of payroll cycles for large volumes, integrating variable incidents and reconciliations. \-Processing of registrations, cancellations, and modifications with TGSS via the RED system. \-Submission and monitoring of Social Security documents (RNT, RLC) and resolution of errors (Siltr@). \-Management and submission of CRA files, FIE files, and mandatory communications. \-Submission of written documents and resolution of incidents via CASIA. \-Drafting of disciplinary sanctions and dismissals. \-Registration and management of employment contracts via Contrat@. \-Issuance and submission of Company Certificates for SEPE via Certific@. \-Preparation and submission of models 111, 190, and 345. \-Comparative analysis of labor costs and deviation analysis. \-Automation of salary data in the LABOR payroll software. \-Monitoring and automation of vacation records. \-Daily handling of personnel incidents and agile resolution of operational and labor-related issues. Salary: €25,000.00–€27,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
