The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and monitoring operational costs, providing insights to support strategic decision\-making, and driving efficiency through data\-driven solutions. This position focuses on analytical responsibilities rather than purely financial controlling, ensuring accurate reporting and optimization of operational processes. **What responsibilities and objectives will you have?** * Performing analyses for management purposes. * Provision of management information and key operating cost data. * Regular reporting of cost results. * Participation in the process of budgeting logistics costs. * Analyzing the budget execution, reporting deviations, identifying the causes of discrepancies, recommending solutions. * Analytics and forecasting of quantitative and cost data. * Building models supporting decision\-making processes. * Initiative in search of cost optimization opportunities, recommending solutions for business. * Development and preparation of tools supporting the planning and reporting processes. * Development of analytics and reporting. * Automation and optimization of work with data. * Participation in business projects. **Well, what will the requirements be?** * 3\+ years of relevant work experience (management accounting, operational controlling, business analysis, FP\&A). * Strong analytical skills. * Practical knowledge of management accounting. * Proficient knowledge of MS Excel. * Experience in building business models and automated reports. * Ability to translate analysis results into actionable business recommendations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies. * Communication and collaboration skills. * Higher education degree in Management Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Very good command of English (minimum B2\). *Nice to Have:* * Knowledge of SQL and databases. * Familiarity with tools such as VBA, Power BI, Python, Databricks. * Experience in logistics or e\-commerce business. **What do we offer?** * Language platform * Wellbeing programme * Flexible working hours * Online platform for lifelong learning * Competitive salary * Flexible remuneration services can be contracted **Why join us?** At InPost, you will play a key role in shaping how millions of customers interact with last\-mile delivery solutions.
