We are looking for a Project Manager with agile methodology experience, ideally as a Scrum Master, for a major client in the banking sector. The project responsibilities are as follows: * Act as team mentor/leader and reinforce organizational values and culture * Leverage your deep technical expertise to contribute to the product’s architectural design. * Contribute to defining the product roadmap and support end-to-end delivery of product versions, as well as communication with various stakeholders * Develop software products for banking and financial institutions using open, collaborative, non-hierarchical, and respectful R\+D teams that follow agile principles. * Empower and encourage teams to continuously improve technology and processes. * Challenge and support people and engineering practices to enhance product quality. * Support product team governance to ensure solution quality and effectiveness **Requirements** What are we looking for?
