Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What are we looking for?** At least **1 year** of experience: * COBOL development using RDZ / Eclipse. * Experience with **CICS**. * Proficiency with relational databases (***DB2*** or similar). * Demonstrable experience in application development, evolutionary maintenance, and enhancements. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Development and maintenance of applications in **COBOL**. * Technical analysis and programming of enhancements and evolutionary changes on existing applications. * Participation in functional and technical analysis tasks. * Working with the **CICS** transaction manager. * Managing and accessing relational databases (**DB2** or similar). * Collaborating with other technical profiles in structured development environments.
