Description
**Full Job Description**
How would it feel to work at a company where **People are at the heart**, the area where the best stories are born and where things actually happen?
Where **you would be the person responsible for building the future of a company that never stops growing.** Does that sound good to you?
At Monest Capital, **we have spent 5 years revolutionizing real estate investment**, and we are currently experiencing rapid growth. One thing we’ve learned is that talent is everything—and, as investment experts, we know that investing in Talent is the only way to keep doing extraordinary things. Are you up for the challenge?
**Role Mission**
We are looking for the person who will lead our entire Talent Department. On one hand, you’ll be responsible for attracting, selecting, developing, and **retaining individuals who raise the team’s average with every new hire.**
You’ll lead the Talent team while ensuring efficiency across processes, tools, metrics, and labor regulations.
Your job is to transform the People function into a competitive business advantage—through fast, measurable, and well-documented processes aligned with our high-performance culture rooted in ownership, data, and meritocracy.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Brilliant Recruitment! It’s our biggest investment ;)**
You’ll lead the recruitment model as the most strategic lever of the department: ensuring adherence to the defined process, directly participating in key roles, unblocking bottlenecks, and guaranteeing that each new hire raises the team’s average—not merely maintains it.
**2\. Talent Development and Performance**
You’ll implement active development and continuous evaluation policies (performance cycles, PDIs, feedback), consistently elevating the average skill level across teams. You’ll identify and manage specific improvement plans (PIPs) when needed—without hesitation or delay.
**3\. Guardian of Corporate Culture**
You’ll design internal communication mechanisms, employer branding initiatives, onboarding programs, and development frameworks that preserve our culture and values intact.
**4\. Process Compliance and Continuous Improvement**
You’ll ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement (1% every day) of all departmental processes—with clear metrics for each.
**5\. Regulatory Compliance**
You’ll ensure internal labor compliance (occupational risk prevention, disciplinary files, hires, terminations, paid leave, etc.) and external compliance with official agencies—managing internal tools and external payroll providers (e.g., payroll reviews, leave approvals) with independent judgment.
**What We Need From You**
**Mandatory:**
* Proven experience leading end-to-end HR/People functions (recruitment, development, culture, compliance) in high-growth environments.
* Prior experience managing teams—not just processes.
* Independent judgment to make decisions without needing constant validation—here, we don’t ask a colleague what Google can answer.
* Full data orientation: if you can’t measure it, it doesn’t exist for us.
* Direct communication and unfiltered feedback—viewed as a growth tool, not personal confrontation.
* Ability to hold difficult conversations (PIPs, cultural misalignments, exit decisions) with firmness and respect.
* Experience designing culture, onboarding, or performance cycle policies from scratch—not just executing pre-existing ones.
**TOP! Bonus if you also…**
* Have experience in scale-ups or companies with high hiring velocity.
**What We Offer…**
* **Direct impact:** Your opinion matters to us! The opportunity to join a stable, forward-looking project in the real estate investment industry.
* **Competitive salary** (40–50K)
* 100% remote work from Spain
* **Elite environment:** Here, you’ll grow 10x faster than at any other company.
Salary: Starting from €2,500.00 per month
