BIM Drafter for Installation Engineering

Description

In Valladolid, a BIM drafter is sought for installation projects. The main responsibilities include modeling electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, and photovoltaic energy systems, as well as creating detailed technical documentation such as construction drawings and as-built drawings. Collaboration with engineers ensures coordination of BIM models, maintains accuracy, and detects interferences prior to construction commencement, thereby optimizing designs. Involvement spans industrial, tertiary, and residential projects. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are highly valued. The contract is permanent, with an intensive working schedule throughout the year: Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 15:30, and Friday from 07:00 to 13:00\. The annual gross salary is 25\.000 euros.
