




Job Summary: Structural designer with experience in naval, industrial, or civil design, responsible for structural solutions and FEM models, coordinating with clients and design teams. Key Highlights: 1. Naval, industrial, or civil structural design. 2. Advanced use of Ansys Suite, SplaceClaim, and Ansys Mechanical. 3. FEM model development and collaboration with clients. Structural Designer – Ansys Relevant experience: 2 to 3 years Suggested qualification: Industrial/Naval Engineer or Graduate Required Knowledge: * Relevant experience in naval, industrial, or civil structural design. * Proficiency and experience in interpreting structural drawings and performing structural design in accordance with Classification Societies (DNV, LR, BV) and/or Eurocode. * Experience in verification of limit states (ULS, SLS, FLS), load calculation, and data post-processing. * Agile use of simulation environment: Ansys Suite, SplaceClaim, and Ansys Mechanical. Responsibilities: * Design structural solutions to meet requirements in naval and offshore industry projects. * Development of structural FEM models, including idealization, boundary conditions, post-processing, and technical report generation. * Responsible for delivering structural drawings/models to clients, coordinating and collaborating with the design department. * Resolve issues related to the proposed structural solution through close contact with the client. Desirable Knowledge: * Familiarity with programming languages: Python, C#, C++, XML, Java. * Proficiency and knowledge of NX modules for ship design: general arrangement, basic structure, detail design, and manufacturing. * Knowledge of other CAD design tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhinoceros, etc. * Experience in developing and knowledge of Ansys APIs and APDL language.
