Position Summary: We are seeking a Building Construction Site Supervisor to oversee, monitor, and coordinate construction projects, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and coordinates building construction projects, ensuring quality. 2. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for project execution. 3. For new projects in the **BUILDING CONSTRUCTION** sector, we require a **BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities** * Supervises, monitors, coordinates, and controls building construction projects, including reviewing specifications and ensuring quality. * Ensures correct execution of construction\-rehabilitation work in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Supervises technical documentation, specifications, and on\-site assembly. * Provides technical support to the site management team. * Controls and resolves assembly-related incidents. * Supports coordination of site safety and hygiene conditions. * Effectively collaborates with multidisciplinary teams of architects and contractors. * Manages personnel; participates in site meetings. * Coordinates subcontractors related to the project. * Enforces compliance with applicable technical standards. **Requirements** * Technical or Senior Architect. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction, rehabilitation, etc. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in execution control, measurements, and certifications. * Knowledge of Revit or BIM methodology is desirable. **Work Location:** * Segovia **What We Offer** * Immediate hiring * Permanent contract and stable project.
