Role Responsibilities
Following instructions and under the supervision of the Administration Manager—even in their absence—the main functions and responsibilities will include, among others:
General Expense Management.
LV and KPI Support.
Energy Controls (gas, electricity, and water).
Requests to GBS (journal entries, treasury, reconciliations, charges).
Local SOX Controls.
Support to FFAA,
PR Requests and PO Receipts.
GRNI.
Local Tax Management (IBI, IAE) and certain Excise Tax tasks (SILICIE management).
Public Grant Management.
Review of plant administrative workflows and processes.
Raw Materials and By-products Management.
Remediation, filling/emptying for aging.
Direct Sales and Collections Management.
General Administrative Tasks.
Local Support Tasks for the Master Data Owner.
BSS Surveys.
Use of continuous improvement tools for process analysis and problem resolution.
Lean, Administrative Excellence.
Dissemination and transfer of knowledge and experience within specific tasks and teams.
Participation in TRACC Implementation Actions.
Compliance with Health & Safety requirements specified in H\&S work cards.
Compliance with SIG requirements.
Reporting any H\&S incidents, environmental incidents, quality issues, or food safety incidents that may affect operator integrity to supervisors.
Responsible for implementing Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety measures within their area of responsibility.
Compliance with organizational hygiene best practices.
Qualifications
**Competencies:**
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
PC skills (proficient use of Word, Excel, etc.).
**Education/Experience:**
Background in accounting and administrative and financial management.
Advanced computer skills.
1 year of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
**Languages:**
Spanish.
English comprehension desirable.
