Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering professional with experience in Oil & Gas project and contract management to coordinate and ensure achievement of objectives during visualization, conceptualization, and definition phases. Key Highlights: 1. Manages Oil & Gas projects and contracts. 2. Coordinates engineering, cost control, and project scheduling. 3. Participates in the development of procurement and contracting plans. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek an Engineering professional with experience in Oil\&Gas project and contract management to join VP Upstream. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** To coordinate project management within your scope during visualization, conceptualization, and definition phases according to corporate methodology, managing, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of project objectives. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Define the project scope under your responsibility and ensure availability of Design Basis documents. * Coordinate engineering, cost control, and schedule control in accordance with the project execution strategy. Ensure consistency of interfaces among project stakeholders. * Monitor and control engineering progress, issue alerts, and manage changes. * Propose possible visualization scenarios and collaborate with the assigned engineering team to develop them, contributing knowledge of existing IISS (Integrated Information Systems and Services) in the area. * Support Planning and Project Management in visualization exercises for PE (Project Execution), PA (Project Authorization), and Upstream Portfolio development. * Attend meetings with partners from various UTEs (Temporary Joint Ventures). * Administer engineering contracts / purchase orders for assigned projects. Guarantee Contractor compliance with obligations established in Contracts / Purchase Orders. Manage claims and changes to contracts / purchase orders. * Define the project scope under your responsibility and ensure availability of Design Basis documents. * Coordinate engineering, cost control, and schedule control. Manage claims and changes to contracts / purchase orders. * Develop the Project / Block Execution Plan. * Participate in developing the Long Lead Items and materials Procurement and Contracting Plan, as defined by the strategy of assigned projects. * Participate in drafting technical specifications regarding scope definition of contracting and contractual/commercial guidelines, and in reviewing bids and proposals for awarding managed contracts. * Coordinate and ensure the closure process and lessons learned for projects managed under your scope. What Do We Value? * **Academic Qualification**: Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial construction project management * **Required Knowledge**: Knowledge of engineering and construction execution processes, contracting strategies, negotiation of contractual terms, procurement management, and risk management. **Position Information** **Work Location:** YPF Tower or Talero **Willingness to Travel:** Yes (Neuquén, Buenos Aires)
