Tech Lead Java

· Support sales in each country regarding Atea Service Desk services

· Analyze, evaluate, and develop Atea’s Service Desk-as-a-service offering

· Work closely with sales and operations to optimize revenue and margins

· Online production line operations and component handling

· Quality control and machinery supply

· Compliance with quality and safety standards

· Work shift and personnel management

· Continuous training and evaluation of collaborators

· Supervision of compliance with quality standards

· Comprehensive psychological support (individual, couple, family).

· Development and coordination of psychosocial workshops.

· Training and advisory services for technical staff.

· Assembly of axles and/or radiators on the production line

· Rotating shift work (morning, afternoon, and night)

· Fixed-term intermittent contract with weekly call-ups

· Key role in individual and group therapy with children and adolescents.

· Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with external resources.

· Participation in workshops on child development and educational prevention.
