Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * Proven experience designing and developing complex software architectures. * Advanced knowledge of architectural patterns and Hexagonal Architecture. * Mastery of SOLID principles. * Experience with microservices, nanoservices, and event-driven architectures (EDA). * Experience in serverless environments. * Extensive experience with the Spring Framework. * Advanced knowledge of API development, SOAP and REST web services, and API Management platforms. * Experience in strategies for decomposing and migrating monolithic applications. * Knowledge of security practices applied to software development: authentication, authorization, identity, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and related mechanisms. * Knowledge of frontend architectures based on technologies such as Angular, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. * Experience with integration and continuous delivery tools within DevOps environments. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis. * Extensive experience with cloud infrastructures and services on platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of software development processes and software quality assurance. **Artificial Intelligence** * Experience in Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering. * Experience in AI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex. * Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including parameter tuning, token consumption optimization, and performance improvement. * Experience or knowledge of agentic platforms offered by hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Lead the design and evolution of software architectures aligned with business objectives and each project’s technical requirements. * Define and implement architectures based on microservices, nanoservices, events (EDA), and serverless environments. * Design technological modernization strategies and transformation pathways for monolithic applications toward distributed architectures. * Establish development standards and best practices grounded in SOLID principles and architectural patterns. * Design and oversee the implementation of APIs and web services, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. * Drive AI technology adoption across development processes and delivered solutions. * Lead initiatives related to Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering to maximize the value of generative models. * Optimize the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) by tuning parameters, managing token consumption, and improving performance. * Promote AI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex. * Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to define robust and efficient cloud architectures. * Ensure software quality through the application of engineering methodologies, processes, and best practices. * Provide technical guidance to development teams and participate in defining the technology roadmap.
