Description
The selected candidate will act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and quality control, driving continuous improvement of production processes. Key responsibilities include supervising final product quality and process quality, ensuring compliance with established standards. The candidate will also participate in internal and external audits, manage non-conformities and corrective actions, and review technical documentation such as drawings and manuals.
Additionally, the candidate will monitor production planning and execution, coordinating with manufacturing leads to optimize timelines and objectives. They will identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes, supporting staff training in quality matters. Tools such as ERP systems and production planning software will be used to ensure traceability and efficiency.
The candidate will maintain constant communication with engineering, production, and quality teams, participating in the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing periodic reports. This role provides an integrated view of the entire process—from design through to final delivery—ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers within a dynamic industrial environment.
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools. Experience interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
