At Mtech Group, we are looking to hire an **Electrical Engineer** to strengthen our Engineering team and participate in the development of innovative and efficient technical solutions. Who Are We? You will join the Engineering team, with key responsibilities including: * Designing and estimating electrical installations within the Engineering department. * Analyzing and reviewing technical specifications to propose optimal technical-economic solutions. * Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies for projects. * Preparing technical documentation and ensuring the technical quality of each project. * Performing calculations and sizing of low- and high-voltage electrical installations. * Analyzing electricity bills and optimizing energy solutions. * Collecting and processing field-collected data. * Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Participating in projects requiring technical sign-off authority. What Are We Looking For? We seek to hire an **Electrical Engineer** with the following qualifications and/or knowledge: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing similar duties. * Advanced knowledge of low- and high-voltage electrical calculations. * Proven advanced proficiency in PVsyst and/or AutoCAD. * Experience with electrical installation calculation software. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and technical orientation. * Organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
