Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic environment **Description:** ---------------- Grupo IMAN, a company specializing in comprehensive Human Resources solutions, is looking to hire an Operational HR Coordinator. What will you do as an Operational Coordinator? Conduct periodic visits to hotels to address employee queries and ensure HR policies are correctly implemented. Facilitate communication between hotel staff and HR, ensuring information flows efficiently. Manage employee-related incidents at hotels and relay such information to the relevant departments. Support resolution of minor conflicts and handle inquiries regarding labor regulations, employment contracts, and working conditions. Oversee and control HR operational and administrative procedures at hotel locations. Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure consistency in implementing policies and procedures. Absence analysis: Identify absence patterns and take appropriate action. Leave and sick-leave management: Coordinate employee requests for leaves, sick leaves, and vacations, ensuring hotel operations remain unaffected. Additionally, manage documentation required for sick leaves or work-related accidents. You will be part of the HR team and serve as the primary liaison between the department and hotel operations. Prior experience in Human Resources, especially in operational environments or the hospitality sector. Willingness and ability to travel between various hotels and attend in-person meetings with employees. An organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks and resolving problems efficiently. Resident in Madrid or surrounding areas.
