We are seeking maintenance operatives for electrical and HVAC installations in the tertiary sector for our Maintenance Department in Madrid. **Mission** If selected, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of maintenance services at the facility, covering the operational needs of the assigned building. * Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for assigned installations, primarily in HVAC and electrical systems. * Performance of corrective maintenance tasks for installations under your responsibility, with a high degree of complexity in HVAC or electrical areas.
