By supporting our Strategic Communication department, your creativity and digital skills will help strengthen the company’s brand image and corporate culture. **Your key challenges:** We are looking for a student passionate about organizational communication who wishes to keep learning within our Strategic Communication team, gaining experience in **internal communication (culture) and external communication (reputation).** This position will allow you to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting, crafting fresh and approachable communication. Your role will be creative support, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to **conceptualize and produce multimedia content** for all our channels. Under our guidance and supervision, you will collaborate on editing audiovisual materials, designing graphic assets, and managing the operational aspects of our digital ecosystem (websites, social media, newsletters, and intranet). Beyond technical skills, what we value most is your attitude and eagerness to grow. Enrollment in a postgraduate program or Master’s degree in Creativity, Graphic Design, or Corporate Communication will be considered a strong asset. ️ **Languages:** Native Spanish and English (B2\). **Proficiency in video and image editing tools** (Adobe Creative Suite \& Canva, Google Workspace...) **Skills:** Creativity, proactivity, curiosity, writing ability, willingness to learn, and drive to independently execute projects. **Position details:** **Location:** Ciudad Lineal (Madrid). **Working hours:** Full-time with flexibility \- Monday to Thursday: 8:00/9:00 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Internship duration:** Starting in April, minimum 6 months, with possibility of extension. **Growth:** This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, where your creative support will directly contribute to increasing visibility of our solutions and strengthening team engagement.
