What are we looking for? Design, build, and industrialize robust, scalable generative AI solutions capable of operating in high-volume production environments. Ensure AI products are developed on solid, efficient architectures aligned with the business’s strategic needs. Your main responsibilities: End-to-end construction and industrialization of generative AI solutions: ingestion, processing, deployment, and monitoring. Orchestration of complex workflows on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Agent Engine, Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer). Ensure scalability and performance by applying sound engineering and MLOps practices to optimize costs and identify bottlenecks. Governance and quality assurance of AI assets: models, prompts, agents, datasets, and best practices—promoting reuse and standardization. Agile prototyping and pilot execution alongside business teams, evaluating technical feasibility and impact. Collaboration with internal departments, proposing AI solutions that deliver value, improve processes, and optimize customer experience. We’d love to meet you if you have: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficiency in Python and libraries for LLMs and agents: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, SmolAgents, etc. Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Collaborative work experience with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Search, Platform). Monitoring and observability of LLMs (Langfuse, Phoenix). Data Engineering knowledge for batch processing.
