At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are seeking a **Functional Analyst** to join a corporate **platforms and applications development project** located in **central Madrid**. If selected, you will work in a complex, high-impact business environment, analyzing processes, proposing improvements, and participating in the continuous evolution of technological solutions within the insurance domain. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Gathering and analyzing requirements with business stakeholders and end users. * Documenting functional and technical processes, diagrams, and specifications. * Tracking development progress and coordinating between business and IT teams. * Conducting acceptance testing prior to user validation. * Analyzing incidents: root cause, impact, and proposed solutions. **What do you need for this role?** * More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst. * Experience in the insurance sector (policies, claims, rates, reinsurance, etc.). * Proficiency in UML, functional documentation, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence. * SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation. * Experience working with both agile and traditional methodologies. * Ability to communicate solutions effectively between business and technology teams. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract through Oxigent. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience (over €44,000 annually). * Flexible working hours and reduced working day on Fridays and during summer. * Hybrid work model. * Training vouchers to support professional development in areas of interest. * Private health insurance. * Flexible compensation applicable to health insurance, meals, transportation, childcare, and training. * Gym access and sports activity discounts across Spain. * And many other benefits!
