We are currently seeking a Senior Micro Technician (with B1 English) for the Madrid Capital area. **Responsibilities:** Installation and configuration of end-user hardware and software. * Operating Systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11. * Browsers: IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome. * Email: Exchange, Outlook, Webmail. Installation and configuration of Macintosh equipment. Android and iOS mobile devices. **Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration Platform:** * Teams team management. * SharePoint and OneDrive site administration. * Permission management. LAN and WAN networks. * 3270 applications. Installation and configuration of VPN clients. Two-factor authentication. Use and support of ticketing tools for incident and service request management. User support and usage assistance for videoconferencing equipment and associated software. **What We Are Looking For:** Higher Vocational Training (F.P. Grado Superior) in Networked Computer Systems Administration (no other equivalencies will be considered). Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and maintenance of computer systems relevant to this role. **English:** B1 level (certification is desirable).
