DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Linux Systems Administrator with experience in critical corporate environments to join a technical team focused on the management, maintenance, and advanced support of infrastructures based on open-source technologies.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Administration, maintenance, and evolution of Linux systems in production
* Incident management and resolution of complex problems
* System monitoring and performance optimization
* Implementation of security policies and server hardening
* Support in critical and high-availability environments
**Location:** Madrid (Hipódromo area)
**Work Mode:** 100% on-site
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (including lunch break)
* Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM
* Intensive schedule (June 15 – September 15): 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience with Linux systems: Red Hat (versions 6 to 9\), Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux
* Virtual machine administration with VMware (installation and maintenance)
* Monitoring with Zabbix
* Server hardening (hardening)
* Experience in isolated/disconnected environments
* Experience in troubleshooting and incident management.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Automation with Ansible or Rundeck
* Experience developing and using Ansible playbooks
* Knowledge of backup and restoration
* Experience with other Linux distributions
