Logistical operations in a client's transit area require someone skilled in handling the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers. The primary task is to ensure products are handled safely and efficiently. Orders are also prepared using forklifts to pick and place items according to orders. Beyond physical handling, it is essential to organize the work area so materials flow smoothly and are ready for shipment.
Safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks is critical. All safety protocols must be strictly followed to prevent accidents and damage to goods, maintaining constant awareness of the surroundings and applying best practices while driving and handling. Inventory management and coordination with the logistics team are part of daily responsibilities.
This position directly impacts supply chain efficiency. A high level of productivity and accuracy must be maintained—from the moment goods arrive until they are prepared for dispatch. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is valued, along with adaptability in a dynamic environment. The working schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., under a monthly temporary contract with potential for renewal.
A minimum of two years' verifiable experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks is required. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, covering authorization for at least five types of machinery and compliant with applicable UNE safety standards. Availability to work Monday to Friday, typically between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., is required. Having a personal vehicle or suitable means of transportation to reach the workplace punctually will be considered a positive advantage.
