Your Mission We’re looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Unleash your explorer side and help our guests experience the most authentic Madrid. What Will You Do Daily With Us? * Support in purchase order management: creation, tracking, and confirmation with suppliers. * Daily communication with suppliers to request pricing, delivery timelines, and availability. * Data entry and maintenance in the procurement system. * Review, accounting, and tracking of supplier invoices—verifying alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes. * Delivery tracking and incident management (delays, shortages, errors). * Support in preparing purchasing reports, consumption analyses, and price comparisons. * Filing and documentation control for the department. * Warehouse stock optimization. * Preparation of internal orders for various departments. * Sourcing of new items or suppliers. Qualifications What Would We Like You to Bring? * Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor. * Proficiency in CRM Opera. * Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. * Availability to work night shifts. * English language proficiency (spoken/written).
