




Job Summary: Commercial Manager responsible for contributing to customer satisfaction and sales development by coordinating the team and ensuring customer service and section maintenance. To achieve this, the talent of our teams is our most essential pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the Department Head, you will be responsible—both individually and through team coordination—for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. **YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include:** Motivating and engaging your team by example: setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales staff availability on the sales floor, and overseeing daily task execution—all while maintaining safety standards (PPE, load handling, hazardous products, etc.). Ensuring proper customer service and promoting sales tailored to customer needs to guarantee satisfaction. Understanding and communicating the sales plan for each product category. Overseeing the maintenance of your assigned section—including coordinating merchandise replenishment—and ensuring stock reliability through inventories and effective zone management. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?** **Minimum 3 years’ experience motivating and coordinating sales floor teams.** Experience in large-scale retail and/or retail environments. Technical or commerce-related higher education (Vocational Training, undergraduate degree, or university qualification) is highly valued.
