We are seeking a Demand Manager for a banking project (Electronic Banking, Payment Methods, and Security Services). **Requirements** What are we looking for? A highly organized profile, oriented toward continuous improvement, with experience in Banking and Agile environments, to drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent value delivery across our teams. Responsibilities * Ability to manage business needs versus IT team capacity. * Proficiency in JIRA, enabling receipt of business requests, classification by risk level and priority, functional completion, and collection of all necessary information for each request. * Preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and organization of Steering Committee meetings. * Proposing process and procedure improvements (both technical and functional). For example, suggesting new ways to measure response times—currently measured from request opening to implementation—but not accounting for "idle time" in between.
