Job Summary: We are seeking a Configuration Technician with experience in digital transformation to coordinate, develop, and implement strategies and analyze information within an innovative environment. Coordinate and act as liaison between Service, Operations, Technology, and Credit Policy departments for change requests, developments, and implementations — 10% 2\. Jointly develop with various internal departments the optimal implementation of strategies in SDS (PCO System Design Tool – Experian) — 30% 3\. Design and execute test scripts for developments produced within the department — 30% 4\. Conduct information analyses to identify areas for improvement — 10% 5\. Resolve configuration tool incidents and manage them with the Production Support team — 10% 6\.
