Project Manager – Building Engineering (Architecture)

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage projects globally in DB and PPP tenders, coordinate design teams and departments, and conduct comprehensive project reviews. We are currently looking to **hire** a, **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Global project management in DB and PPP tender processes * Support in the selection process of design teams * Coordination of design teams across all phases * Coordination with involved departments (Structural Engineering, MEP, OBC, Procurement, BIM, etc.) * Coordination with concessionaire partners, contractors, and others, as applicable * Contractual management of contracts with design teams * Comprehensive project review: + Review of projects identifying errors, deficiencies and/or omissions + Review of projects regarding current regulations + Management of standards and technical specifications in projects + Review of projects regarding construction solutions + Review of projects regarding Energy Efficiency + Review of projects regarding compliance with functional program + Review of measurements and identification of potentially omitted items + Project cost planning and control * Development of alternatives and proposals: * Value Engineering development to optimize costs and schedules * Analysis of the project against its functional program * Analysis of the project regarding measurements * Technical assistance to projects during construction phase **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction sector; minimum 5 years’ experience in global project management; proven experience in DB and PPP processes. * Desirable: Experience in site-based technical offices for projects exceeding €100M; experience in hospital projects exceeding €50M; experience in singular buildings (airports, stadiums, towers, etc.) is valued. * International mobility * Computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Project, Presto, Calener) * English C1\.
