At present, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking a **Facilities Manager** for our client’s food production center located in the **Campo de Cartagena** (Murcia). **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Facilities Maintenance Management** + Ensure the proper operation of all production center facilities (industrial refrigeration, compressed air, electrical systems, water supply, and civil/building installations). + Plan, supervise, and control both internal and external preventive and corrective maintenance. + Define preventive maintenance plans to be executed by installation technicians. * **Subcontractor Management** + Coordinate and supervise external companies performing maintenance or repair work. + Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines for subcontractor interventions. + Validate and monitor maintenance contracts, ensuring technical and economic compliance. * **Project and Investment Management** + Participate in the definition, planning, and execution of new projects and infrastructure investments at the production center. + Coordinate the technical execution of construction works, installations, or expansions, ensuring their proper integration into the center’s operations. + Conduct technical and financial monitoring of projects under your responsibility. * **Technical Staff Supervision** + Coordinate tasks performed by the installation technicians’ team. + Assign and prioritize work, verifying correct execution and compliance with maintenance procedures. + Promote continuous improvement in methods, timing, and safety of interventions. * **Technical and Documentation Management** + Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for facilities and equipment. + Prepare technical reports on status, incidents, and improvement proposals. + Ensure compliance with applicable technical, industrial safety, and environmental regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Vocational training specialized in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Maintenance. * Technical or University Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or similar) is desirable. * Minimum **3–4 years** of experience in industrial facility maintenance or technical services management within production environments. * Demonstrable experience in **team coordination** and **subcontractor management**. * Knowledge of **preventive** and **corrective maintenance** systems, and of technical regulations applicable to industrial installations. * Technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration, compressed air, electrical installations, and water systems. * Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and office software. **What does the company offer?** * Join a well-established, sector-leading company. * Opportunity to lead a technical team and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. * Indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours. * Salary range: €35,000–€40,000 gross per annum.
