Loading and Unloading Assistant

At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and an international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking a **Loading and Unloading Assistant** to join our logistics team, primarily supporting truck loading and unloading operations, as well as handling and organizing materials and components destined for crane manufacturing. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Loading and unloading crane materials and components onto trucks. * Handling and positioning goods, ensuring proper distribution and secure fastening. * Assisting with loading equipment (e.g., forklift, overhead crane). * Preparing orders and materials for dispatch. * Conducting visual inspections of goods during loading and unloading. * Collaborating with the team to ensure safety and operational efficiency. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in truck loading and unloading (industrial or metal environment experience is desirable). * Forklift operator license and/or overhead crane experience is desirable. * Basic knowledge of safety practices in loading operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate a responsible attitude. * Availability for immediate start. **Benefits** -------------- * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment. * Intensive working hours on Fridays. * Stable project within a growing industrial company. * Initial on-the-job training and occupational risk prevention training. * Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
