Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for a restaurant in Murcia to assist with food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and general support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing fresh fish and other dishes. 2. Responsibility for cleaning the kitchen and utensils. 3. Indefinite-term full-time employment contract. A kitchen assistant is sought for a restaurant located in central Murcia. Main duties include washing, peeling, and cutting fresh fish for salads, side dishes, and other meals, as well as assisting in their preparation. The role also involves cleaning the kitchen, utensils, and work surfaces, and removing garbage. Applicants must have at least six months of experience as a kitchen assistant and hold a valid food handler’s certificate. A professional qualification certificate for basic kitchen operations will be considered an advantage. This position offers an indefinite-term full-time employment contract with split shifts: 12:30–17:00 in the afternoon and 20:30–23:00 in the evening. Fridays and Sunday evenings, as well as all Mondays, are days off. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
